SHIPPING

We strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. Please allow at least 5 - 7 business days processing time, plus 2 - 5 days shipping transit time; depending on where you live. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created. We ship a majority of our orders via U.S. Postal Service, First Class Package Class for shipments under one pound. For orders over one pound, we primarily ship U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail. In addition, depending on the value of your order, we may ship your package whereby a Signature is Required.  

 

PLEASE NOTE, IF AN ADULT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE AT TIME OF DELIVERY, WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE ASAP. AFTER A SECOND ATTEMPT IS MADE TO OBTAIN A SIGNATURE, YOUR ORDER WILL EVENTUALLY BE RETURNED BACK TO US. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR SHIPPING CHARGES AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WHEN, AND IF, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO US. 

We do not allow local pick-up from our warehouse.

We accept online payments in our shop via Stripe and/or PayPal. We also accept PayPal Credit and Venmo (as long you're on a mobile device and has the Venmo app installed). 

With Stripe, customers using Apple Pay will have the option to complete their purchases directly from a product listing with Instant Checkout.

We accept cash and credit card payments - either manually or with a card reader -  or the Shopify App when checking out in person.
